  1. Collection of your Personal Information.
     
    1. We will ask you, when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a task or transaction that you have requested.  The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, work e-mail, phone, address, information about your job function, information about your company, and account information, only if you provide that information.
    2. In addition, this web site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access our site; the date and time you access the site; the pages that you access while at the site and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the site, analyze trends and administer the site. Our site may also collect information about your hardware and software in order to provide requested services.
  2. Use of your Personal Information.
     
    1. All personal information of our clients obtained through this web site are protected by attorney-client privilege. You become our client, after we establish an attorney-client relationship and execute a written and signed agreement to that effect.

      If you are our client, your personal information is protected by attorney-client privilege. Under all circumstances, we will disclose only the information that is not protected by attorney-client privilege. An example would be when we provide your address to the Post Office to deliver a package to you.

Kashani.
    2. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or inapplicable to a particular situation, such a provision shall be severed from the policy and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    3. This Privacy Policy shall be construed reasonably and not against any particular party.  The titles given to the paragraphs and subparagraphs here are for the convenience of the parties. This Privacy Policy shall be construed without regard to such titles.
