Green Card for Professionals & Workers

To immigrate to the United States based on employment, the immigrant-employees would need an employment-based immigration visa. Employment-based immigrant visas are organized in five (5) preference classes. Each class has a number of sub-classes. Most professionals and workers fall within the 2nd and 3rd preference classes.
