EB-5 Investment Visa Options

To secure an investment-based (EB-5) visa to the United States, you have two options: direct investment or regional center investment. Both investment routes require a minimum investment of $900,000 or $1,800,000, depending on the location of the investment. Both investments require that you create at least 10 new full-time jobs. How thhe number of those jobs are counted depend on the type of investment you choose.
